Weldingrods.com will accept returns for any merchandise provided it is in the original packaging and has not been used or altered in any way within 10 days of receipt of order.
Weldingrods.com also reserves the right to refuse a return for any special or custom order item, any item that is damaged, altered, missing packaging or accessories or has written on or taped on contents.
An RMA # must be issued by a Weldingrods.com representative and credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection by weldingrods.com. The merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition and must be shipped at the customer’s expense and insured for the cost of the merchandise.
(Please do not place any postage, write upon, or in any way alter the manufacturers packing of merchandise.) If the item is returned in non-saleable condition, Weldingrods.com reserves the right to not issue credit or return to the customer. Once an item is used we will not accept a return on it. Weldingrods.com reserves the right to refuse any return. There may be a 15% restocking fee for products that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that ALL international orders are FINAL SALE!
We cannot accept returns on merchandise once it leaves the United States.
- Check Your Package – All returns must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, as well as in resalable condition. Any packaging materials, manuals, gauges, accessories, warranty cards and documentation originally sent must be included in the return package. In the event that the returned package does not meet the guidelines listed above, weldingrods.com reserves the right not to honor the return.
- Contact Us –for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) – In order to process our customers’ returns as quickly as possible and without hassle, we require ALL returns to be accompanied by an RMA #. To obtain an RMA # and any other return information you might need, please call us at 888.935.3703 or email us at [email protected].
- Ship Your Return –We want your return experience to be “hassle-free.” Because of this, we strongly recommend that you ensure your package for the purchase price of the product so that you are covered in the event of your package being lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using UPS to return your package as they provide traceable shipments and proof-of-delivery which guarantees that your package is delivered to us. Please understand that shipping charges are non-refundable and Weldingrods.com is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit.
Weldingrods.com is more than happy to exchange items. All exchanges must be issued an RMA # by a representative of Weldingrods.com.
These items must meet our return criteria of being in a saleable condition upon return to weldingrods.com. Once the items are received and inspected by Weldingrods.com, the items that need to be exchanged will be sent out to the customer.
All shipping cost associated with exchanges are at the customer’s expense.

Did your products arrived damaged?
Before contacting Weldingrods.com please call the carrier (UPS, Truck Company, etc.) that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt. Weldingrods.com cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products in good condition.
Any problems or concerns that you may have with your order must be reported to Weldingrods.com no later than 10 calendar days after receiving your order. The number of days will begin with the date of delivery as reported by the freight carrier used by Weldingrods.com to ship your merchandise. All issues reported after 10 calendar days will be refused.
