Founded in 1998, Weldingrods.com provides premium maintenance welding alloys. I started the company to give maintenance welders high-quality products and relevant technical information.

After welding school, in 1988, I started out as a sales representative for my father’s welding supply company (Miller Welding Supply). Over the years, I had visited many maintenance departments across industries and helped my customers solve everyday problems to their welding projects.

In 1998, I brought my father’s products to the internet under the brand, Weldingrods.com. Since that time, we have added several new products. We also service many new industries including Demolition, Recycling, Asphalt Reclaiming, and Forestry. These industries have a need for our wear-resistant Hardfacing Electrodes and Mig Wires.

Now, I have several different clients who purchase different welding products for many welding projects. Maintenance departments were purchasing our products because of our knowledge, informational packaging, and most importantly, trust. Over time, I built a rapport with customers that has allowed us to provide quality products for many applications.
